World Mental Health Day - 10th October 2020

'Mental Health For All'

The theme for World Mental Health Day 2020 is 'Mental Health For All'. We believe this is the most important one yet.

This year has been tough for us all. Results from a survey carried out by Mind suggest that more than half of adults and over two thirds of young people feel that their mental health has become worse during lockdown. Many have developed new mental health problems, and some with existing problems feel worse.

It is time for mental health support to be made available for all.

Please join Carers Count for our special World Mental Health event (as detailed below), and take the opportunity to learn about how mental health can be improved for everyone.
