Meet the Team - Yakub

Hi!

My name is Yakub Rawat. I am a Network & Involvement Worker at Carers Count. I have a fancy job title, but my role is to engage with carers, listen to their views and what they want from our Carers Count Service and feed this back to our management team.

By receiving feedback from Carers like yourselves, we are in a better place to tailor our service to meet your needs.

Additionally, I take back your feedback on Local Council Services and any policies from the Government that affect Carers. I pass this information to our Commissioners of the service and Service Providers both at a Local and National level.

Day-to-day, my role involves talking to carers in person, at groups, forums and meetings. I listen to your feedback, find out your concerns and ensure they reach our Service Providers.
