New Birkenshaw Carers Wellbeing Group

Birkenshaw Carers Wellbeing Group is a new, local support group for unpaid carers who live in and around Birkenshaw in Kirklees facilitated by Carers Count.

Taking place on the third Thursday of each month from 10 am - 12noon - the group will offer a safe space for carers to provide peer support to other people in a similar situation, activities like head massage, aromatherapy, chair exercises, and information and presentations about other services available, with occasional guest speakers joining the group.
